Why didn't I receive a verification text message?

  1. Confirm the number you entered is correct

  2. Ensure that you haven't used the number for another account (PayTrie only allows one account per user)

  3. Make sure that you are using a Canadian carrier (we do not allow VOIP numbers)

  4. Wait 1 hour in case there is a delivery delay

  5. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us through support@paytrie.com.
