Why is my transaction cancelled or expired?

Transactions will be cancelled if your funds are not received within the 30 minute time window. If you sent the funds after the 30 minute time window, please reach out to support@paytrie.com and our team member will adjust your transaction to the current price.

If you've initiated a manual e-transfer outside of business hours, it's also possible that your transaction will be cancelled. A member of our team will pick this up and process the stablecoin payment manually. In this case, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to our team.
