1. If a user is found to have violated our User Agreement, PayTrie may disable buying and selling services, and disable an account at our sole discretion. This can happen for a number of reasons including, but not limited to, high risk of fraud and engaging in prohibited activities defined in our User Agreement.
  2. In circumstances, and only where required by law, PayTrie may block customer funds to comply with local authorities. We will take this action only when we are required to comply with an order from a court or authority, or we are required by law in compliance with a sanctions program which includes money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
