If your bank does not support Request Money Transfers (your bank is not listed as a bank on the list), you can proceed to send a Manual E-Transfer to etransfers@paytrie.com.
Banks that currently do not support Request Money Transfers (this is not an exhaustive list): Desjardins, Alterna Bank, EQ Bank, Manulife
