You can check whether your bank supports Request Money Transfers here. If your bank is not listed, you can proceed to send a manual eTransfer. 

If you proceed to make an eTransfer with the same amount as the Request Money Transfer to [email protected], a member of our team will pick it up and process the stablecoin payment. 

If a security question and answer is required, please login into your account and under the "Profile" page, you will see a section for Interac e-Transfer question and answer.

Our automated service is available 24/7, but any e-transfers sent directly to us are processed manually and will be processed on a best efforts basis during business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST (excluding holidays)
