What if my bank doesn't support Interac Request Money Transfers?

You can check whether your bank supports Request Money Transfers here. If your bank is not listed, you can proceed to send a manual eTransfer. 

If you proceed to make an eTransfer with the same amount as the Request Money Transfer to etransfers@paytrie.com, a member of our team will pick it up and process the stablecoin payment. 

If a security question and answer is required, please login into your account and under the "Profile" page, you will see a section for Interac e-Transfer question and answer.

Our automated service is available 24/7, but any e-transfers sent directly to us are processed manually and will be processed on a best efforts basis during business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST (excluding holidays)
